Is there a waiting period for my order to be made?
Yes, my “Made to order” items have a usual wait period is 7-10 business days (business days do not include weekends or public holidays) but I always strive to get my orders out as quick as possible. When I’ve got a large amount of orders or can’t get to the post office on a certain day it may take a day or two longer. I do my best to get all order out on time so orders are rarely overdue.
I design, make, source supplies and package everything by myself so I appreciate patience during busy times.
Can I pick up my order if I live in Perth, WA?
Yes! I currently do offer pick ups from Rockingham if you would prefer, please message me to arrange a time!
Do you accept returns, exchanges or cancellations?
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons and the handmade nature of my products I do not accept any cancellations, returns or exchanges.
Do you take custom/commission orders?
Absolutely! I love taking on commissions! Whether you have a design idea of your own, you’d like me to help design something special for you or even if you missed out on something in my shop that you’ve loved please don’t hesitate to get in contact as most of the time I will be able to recreate the original design or make something similar for you!
I have sensitive ears, do you offer hypoallergenic earring hooks?
Yes I do, nearly all of my earrings designs are made with 925 sterling silver earring hooks or 316 surgical stainless steel studs. If you would like a pair that doesn’t come with sterling silver hooks or surgical steel studs please message me and I can add that to your earrings. If the earrings are not made with hypoallergenic hooks it will be disclosed in the item listing.
Do you post world wide?
Yes, I can post worldwide. If your country isn’t on my website please message me to have it added. Right now I’m only offering certain countries (like the UK) on request due to the VAT fee situation needing to be explained to each customer clearly.
Please note that I have no control over the
postage waiting periods, I can only provide an estimate to how long your order will take to arrive, these estimates are subject to change. If you would like your order posted express (within or outside Australia) please select the express postage option when you place your order. All orders both domestic and international come with a tracking number.
Will my order be made faster if I select Express Postage?
If you make an order and select express shipping your order will be sent by express postage but will still have the same processing time for me to make what you ordered. I make my orders first come first serve. If you would like your order made quicker and placed at the front of my queue please purchase the “PRIORITISE MY ORDER” listing with your order. This will ensure your pieces gets made first and shipped out ASAP.
This does not include express shipping, if you would like your order sent express as well please select that too.
Can you make your necklaces longer?
Almost all of my necklace designs can be lengthened. Some designs such as necklaces with chains can be lengthened easily so there will be no extra charge to make them longer.
Some necklace designs may need extra supplies or require more work in order to be lengthened so may have a small fee added to cover the cost of the lengthening. Please don’t hesitate to message me if you would like your more Information.
Do you make clip on earrings?
Yes, I do have a selection of small clip on earrings that I sell at markets that changes on a monthly basis. If you would like to see what pre made clip ons I have please message me. Alternatively many of my earring designs can be converted to clip ons upon request. Each earring pair will occur a $4AUD fee on top of the price of the earrings for the cost of the clip on conversion. Please message me if you’d like to know if conversion is possible.
What happens if I enter the wrong address for my order and it’s then posted?
Please double check your postal address is correct before placing your order. If you immediately notice it’s incorrect please contact me ASAP and I may be able to correct it before I post your order. I will not be held responsible in any way for orders sent out if the address you provide is incorrect. If I make and send your order and your address is wrong you may need to place another order and pay for both your jewellery and postage again if the items aren’t returned to me by the postal services.
